Right of withdrawal, return and exchange
In accordance with Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of his package to request an exchange or refund of product.
Discounted or discounted products also benefit from a return.
How to make a return:
In order to make a return, the customer must connect to his account on the site www.lingerie-caroline.fr.
He must go to the "My account" section at the bottom of the home page, click on "My orders".
The status of the order must be "delivered" or "in progress" to be able to make.
To continue the return request, the customer must click on the reference of the order, he selects the line of the product (s) he wants to return, note in the space dedicated the reason for the return and finally clicks on the button "MAKE AN RMA SLIP".
CAROLINE accepts or refuses the return request and the customer will receive an email with the different instructions.
If the return request is accepted, the return form must be inserted in the package with the items concerned, and write the return number on the outside of the package.
The products must be returned imperatively to the company CAROLINE - SAV - 15 rue Partouneaux - 06500 Menton.

Return conditions:
The product must be returned in perfect condition for resale, in its original complete packaging (accessories, instructions ...), with its labels and not worn.
Any product that is incomplete, damaged, damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged, not returned within 20 to 30 days, will not be refunded or exchanged.
Any product ordered specifically for the customer can not be taken back or exchanged without prior agreement with the company Caroline.
For a question of hygiene, Accessories, Sexy Lingerie, Stockings, Tights, Perfumes are not taken back or exchanged.
It will not be taken back any article without label, not delivered in its packing of origin as well as any parcel received without joint element not being able to identify the sender on the parcel (Name, Surname, Address, N ° of order and or return, reason for the return).
In this case, the company CAROLINE will not proceed to any exchange or refund of the products thus ordered.
If a product is returned in a deteriorated, damaged or already used packaging, CAROLINE reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund or will apply a product repackaging fee of 10% of its value at the time of sale. purchase with a minimum of 10 € per item.
Caroline agrees to reimburse the customer if the product ordered does not correspond to the product delivered. In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with its labels and unworn.
Upon presentation of a proof, the return costs will be refunded to the buyer by the company CAROLINE within the cost of a Colissimo shipment. In any case this amount can not exceed 10 € TTC.
Failure to comply with the procedure outlined above and the time indicated, the Buyer will not make any claim for nonconformity or defect of the delivered products, the products then being deemed compliant and free from defect.
Exchange, credit or refund:
Upon receipt of the return, CAROLINE after control of the goods, contact the customer. If the return corresponds to the respect of the conditions quoted above, CAROLINE submits the available options namely:
- exchange of goods to the extent that the product is available
- have the value paid by the customer of the returned products, have credited to your account, valid for 1 year from the date of return on the online store www.lingerie-caroline.fr and in our boutique Caroline lingerie from Nice and Menton. The credit will be available within 48 hours after the control of the goods. The customer can use it at his convenience for the exchange of the product or a new order.
- refund of the returned product (s) to which Caroline will deduct 10 € of handling charges for orders made of products not stored in mainland France and Belgium, 15 € for orders made of products stored in mainland France and Belgium and 26 € for orders outside mainland France and outside Belgium. In the event of a refund request by the customer, CAROLINE generally reimburses its customers within 7 days. However, in accordance with Articles L121-20-1 to L121-20-7 of the Consumer Code, CAROLINE has a maximum period of 30 days from the date of return of products to refund the customer. The refund will be made by the same means of payment as that used during the purchase.
